Murakawa
The dishes are made with plenty of fresh fish and vegetables from the local Senshu region. All of the staff are graduates of Murakawa Gakuen, making this a new style of authentic sushi restaurant.
Chef's choice course
The course includes 12 pieces of sushi and 6 to 7 small dishes, for a total of 20 dishes. The menu changes monthly, focusing on fresh fish and seasonal ingredients sourced from local fishing ports.
